What a shame that UHaul changed my original truck pick up location to a Mini Mart with a contractor who had no idea of what customer service is. Worst experience ever. My reservation included the normal things needed for a move: pads and dollies which were not available. The agent/contractor decided to cook sandwiches to sell in the mini mart before finishing my order. Really poor customer service skills. He also said that gas was full but it was not true. I drove 20 miles and had tu put 7 gallons……

The truck was all dirty when we first got it full of boxes. nobody checked the truck. We did see. We managed to clean the truck out for we bring it back so we won’t be charged for and I don’t think it’s fair that we didn’t get a discount consider it was filthy when we got it. I mean the people was nice at the location, but I feel like something should’ve been done considering we got a truck dirty

Contrena GThe Overall pickup process was subpar at best. I made a reservation in October at the Kirkman Road location. I was told they didnt have a truck and to go to the Kissimmee/St. Cloud location. When I got there, they didnt have a truck. I was then told to drive back to Orlando to Sunnys Mini Mart where we sat for an hour because they could not get the computer to work. We said to cancel the reservation as it was already 3 hours past when we were supposed to get the truck. We left to find out the reservation was not canceled and we had to drive back. A suggestion would be to have reservations followed through on as this was ridiculous and extremely frustrating as we lost 1/2 a day of moving.

stephen sI was offered a 15 ft truck while I have rented a 10 ft. That created a chain reaction that they try to solve but a corporate manager who was call to see if she can do anything started lying saying that the previous renter has not returned as we were stupid people and she was just aware of the situation. We cancel the reservation and rented the truck we wanted in Apopka without a reservation. The return of the money paid was flawless as usual with u haul.
benito rThe worst uhaul I’ve rented and I’m renting a lot of them to carry equipment that I’m installing all over the country. It was filthy, filled with sand. I had to ask the owner to clean the step on the drivers side because it was a dangerous slip hazard. Cock roaches inside the box. Ugh

Andrew SDid not have the dolly’s I ordered or the blankets. Truck sounded like it was going to break down any minute. I put gas in it and was 6.00 short of line charged me even though he did not give me my equipment. I had to go buy a dolly.

John GThis is not were I picked this Uhaul fault this is UHaul and movinghelp.com fault This was one of the worst days In my life. I had hired these two guys from Stong men movers or something like that. But these two individuals that showed up to my house about 2 hrs late had came into my house moved one thing which was my save in which they charged me an extra $100.00 to do. On top of The $95.00 I paid these two individuals though the UHaul site. These two individuals had also stolen my Rolex from my house as well. So then I had given these two individuals my new address for them to come to help me unload my UHaul and they took off and never showed up. I just had back surgery on my back and I had to move everything up to my new place. Ontop of all this I called UHaul customer service and the customer service lady by the name of Honoree_pemberton had then told me that she was only going to give me a $30.00 coupon for all my troubles. I said that was fine until I revived that 30.00 coupon in my email box and it is and was a Malicious link that this women by The name of Honoree_pemberton had sent to my email. So this has nothing to do with were I rented. This uHaul truck from this has to do with UHaul and the moving helpers.com F———-
Michael PThe check in/ out process was lengthy because of the poor guys behind the counter having no help and this location is part of a busy convenient store. The truck bed was sticky! Three were roaches in the truck back. It's was gross.

Richard KI made a reservation for a 15-foot truck but when I arrived all they had was two smaller trucks. The clerk behind the counter told me it was a 15-foot truck but I measured the length at 12-feet. Even after I returned it I told the guy it was only 12- feet in length. He said, "you think it's 12-feet?". I told him that I measured it and it was 12-feet long. At that point the guy laughed. Terrible customer service. I will never rent another U-Haul truck again.

I was given the truck with 1/2 full gas tank, when refilling I put too much gas approx. $40 worth. Attendant told me there was no way to recover the cost of the extra gas. Overall not happy with the rental.

Then complained about how it was parked and wanted me to move it several times. It doesn’t even seem like U-Haul vetted this location at all.
Kevin Ifirstly they are accessible because they are not necessarily located in a single place as independent businesses work but in question the cost charged to my person I think it was not clear because they never told me that delivering the truck elsewhere had an additional cost which did not have that and I unset my week. They should be more specific in that aspect I think it was unfair that charge since I searched the truck on Saturday at noon and deliver it Sunday before the required time

Charles TSunny’s Mini Mart is a very busy place, expect to wait at least 15 minutes to pickup the truck and another 15 minutes to return the truck, the owners are very nice so you can’t be upset about the wait, they have a huge “regular” customer base so don’t blame them for being busy and taking their time with everyone. I would rent from them again if I ever needed a truck.

Janie SI was originally supposed to pick up the 10’ Truck from Retro Garage. They called and said they didn’t have any vechiles so I needed to go to a further location off Forest City Road. I went there at my 10am pick up appointment and was told they didn’t have the truck or any other vechiles and to go to the Sunny Mart location. I went to Sunny Mart where they had double booked the 1 truck they had. The manager there never apologized and told me that the other customer was there first (it’s now after 11am) and that I had to wait for them to do their business and to come back at 6pm to get the truck. I did come back at 6pm as I had to move furniture today...the day I made the reservation for in advance by the way. No apologies, no discount...and no future business from me or any of my family/friends. Moving is stressful enough without U-Haul adding more headaches with unreliable service.

Janice RI reserved a truck in advance and completed an express pick up. I drove over three hours to pick up the vehicle and it was not on site. I was directed to this pickup location which is seven miles from the original reservation and my storage unit to be moved. This location was a convenience store with the rental parked in the yard of a home next door. The manger was polite and helpful but would not compensate me for this inconvenience.

ralph mAfter a hard day of moving the personnel at this location saw 4 drips of oil on the truck's floor and said he would charge us a cleaning fee for this dirty truck. We were able to wipe the oil off the floor by using 2 paper napkins we had in our car and the spots were easily cleaned up. Not HELPFUL to us at all. More concerned with charging us than trying to help us after a long hard and exhausting day. Not professional at all and we hope this is not the way U Haul treats all there customers. After hurricane IRMA has passed the Orlando area I will call and report this issue to U Haul. Have used U Haul a number of times before, this time our experience was awful.

JUSTIN B1. Reservations should mention if charges must remain on credit card at the particular location. I'm used to paying in cash when done, and just canceling credit transaction. 2. I was promised large dolly & strap. This location had neither. 3. Truck went 38 miles & used almost $30 in cheap gas, 1/3 tank. Good grief.
