This was not the location I reserved. I made my reservation 2 weeks in advance at another location and was called on the day of the reservation half hour before I was to pick up the truck and was informed I needed to go to another location or wait until 10am. The self pick up was not easy using the app and I had to call UHaul to actually get checked in to take the truck. Instead of 8am pick up time, we never got started moving until 10am. I had to pay extra hours for movers due to the inconvenience of the whole situation
