I requested 2 dozen moving pads and they did not have them

I was never given a code to get into my key box. The attendant was only able to give me a number to call for help which I did get after the second call and was able to get my key. I was a little late to meet the movers so that’s really the only reason I was so stressed out when I couldn’t get my key right away.
