They asked me to check the fuel and miles, take a picture and check the truck in myself, that's not my job every other uhaul dealer comes out, checks the truck in and takes the keys.

The cabin and the back was covered in sand. The people who rented the truck were not very helpful and asked for information on my familiy members if I wanted to rent the truck,

This location was a Sunoco gas station. It didn't seem to represent U-Haul. Not knowing their standards, but you park the truck behind the gas station in dirt. Not what I expected.

Truck did not have hand truck or blankets that are in all of the U-Haul rented previously, I had to send my wife out to pick up a hand truck and bring blankets. Good thing we were close by.

I was asked if I took a photo of the gas gage and miles--I had to go back out and do that. He never came out to check that the vehicle was returned in good condition. I also had to then move it to a different location on site--I think they should have moved it to where they wanted it.

It was my first time to pick up a Uhaul truck from this location and everything was great. The store personnel were very helpful and I had no problems with the truck and returned it on time. Thank you for a job well done.

The store clerk Lalu was friendly and courteous. Even when he had trouble closing out my contract, he took his time on his computer and figured it out. I’m looking forward to doing future business at Lalu’s store/gas station, as I reside a half a mile from his store.

I was highly disappointed at how expensive renting the U-Haul was. I picked up in the morning and returned in the afternoon. I drove it about 30 miles and my total was just under $240.00. That's almost $8.00 a mile. Never ever will I use U-Haul again.

Make sure that fuel tank is FULL upon rental. Made it a hassle for me to take it at 1/4 of a tank and be able to return it that same amount. Returned with between a 1/4 & a 1/2….free gas for you.

When I got there I was told that I couldn't drop the truck off because he had too many other trucks. I asked him what I was supposed to do since I was at the mileage max for my rental and he finally said that I could leave it. I would think there would be some sort of checks and balances to make sure that I could leave the truck there when I reserved the truck. This location has limited space for trucks.

I dropped the uhual off, looked for a drop box for the key to no avail. I went inside to ask the clerk and was hit was a pungent odor in the convenience store. The clerk was arguing with me that he had no space even though I parked it next to another uhual and that I should park it across the street. He asked me multiple times if I was dropping off or picking up AFTER I handed him the key.
