Fast and easy place to rent a u-haul truck from. Very easy to refill the gas as the location is a gas station as well. Definitely recommend.

For what we needed the truck for, I thought the mobile pickup and drop off would be a good option. But the verification process and location of where the key is supposed to go was not made clear. The drop off was slightly smoother than the pickup. The attendant at the drop off was a little more experienced.

The store did not seem experienced in the u-haul process. After driving the truck for under 16 miles it started to run rough and engine light came on. Thank goodness I only needed it for a short move.

This location charged me $39 for gas even though I left the gas tank where it was at when I picked it up. The lady working there took pictures of the odometer I had in my phone from the night before and at drop off. When I asked them why did they charge me they responded with how do we know the picture of the night before is the same truck. Criminal activity, you stole from me and would not return my money,

Uhaul asked me to take a trailer to drop in the area...you, not me, set this up...when i got to the drop off...guy says he had no record of the trailer transaction and doesn't take trailers...again, not my doing...wasted 45 minutes today with this clusterblank...typical corporate america bs service today....focus on these stupid surveys, kpi, and google 5 star reviews, but god-forbid you invest your efforts on making sure the orders are setup right!

Didn’t have the equipment we requested, didn’t notify me of not having equipment, I had to go find it at another store, didn’t review or have me sign a contract, overall a very poor experience that costed me time.

Only one person at the rental location caused time in line, and also prevented him from coming outside to the vehicle. Vehicle had several warning messages; tires low on air, loose gas cap that could not be resolved by tightening.

We did have issues with the system being down but Manny was super helpful and patient. He was great about explaining the issue and making it an easy process . The system being down is just one of those things but with Manny helping it went as smoothly as it could! I would definitely use this location again (even with mishaps lol)

Everything was great but received a $6.42 extra charge for over mileage but the location that I was suppose to pick up the truck in Hilliard did not have that size truck and neither did any of the locations in Hilliard so Uhaul called the day before to find a new location which was over 14 mile difference and then Uhaul. Barged me for going over mileage ! Not good on Uhaul regarding that part but everything else was great.

Unprofessional, didn't know what a way one trip was, didn't go over snatching with us. Just handed us the keys and said here it's the one with this code on the corner. Person that was handing us the keys was on the phone with someone else who was walking them through the transaction and still no miles checked no gas gage checked and no once over on the truck.

I had a terrible experience returning my truck. At first I was given instructions to return the truck to an “Abondon Lot” I had to call and reschedule a drop a location, so now I’m late with the drop off and when I went to drop off the truck at this gas station I hand my key to the front desk guy and he didn’t submit my truck till the FOLLOWING DAY, i then get charged a late fee and gas underage. This is by far the worst experience I had with uhual. Have better drop off locations. I would for a fact like a refund or some sort of compensation because this isn’t tolerable I’ve spent so much and then get neglected for being caring.

Be more clear on holds and the prices. I though the truck rental was $20 and the hold on my card was to hold the rest of the money until I returned the truck. I paid more than I expected to pay and I believe that was false advertising an a scam.

1. Put a system in place where the cashier doesn't have to read the customer's credit card information aloud, for all in the store to hear (& steal?). 2. The transmission on the truck needed tuning. 3. Having the truck's verification of condition sent via text link means it could easily be missed...I almost did. 4. Too many details, such as return time, are missed because no one speaks them verbally or directs your attention to the emails that contain them.

This location was amazing. 1800UHAUL was horrible. The customer service reps need training. I set a reservation for Saturday the 13th at 2 and Evangelina scheduled the wrong day and time and location. Lourdes called to confirm and she told me there was nothing she can do and I basically told me either I take it or leave it. Scheduled and appt with Josh and that was wrong as well. I reserved a truck with a $7 dolly and now no $7 dolly avail. So now I needed to rent a more expensive dolly and truck. I called to try to straighten this out and was told by 2 different reps there is nothing the can do and I need customer service. Called 3 different times and they all either don't know how to transfer or they hung up on me. I'm not satisfied with the 800UHAUL service representatives at all!!!! No one was able to assist!!! 800uhaul schedules trucks and other items not knowing if equipment is even available!!!! BUT I WILL ADD THAT THE GENTLEMAN AT THE SUNOCO STATION WAS AMAZING AND THE SERVICE HE PROVIDED ME WAS AMAZING.

-My rental truck had an AC issue; hot air blowing out, no working AC. The truck also had a tire with low PSI; supposed to have 80psi but this tire had 59psi… had to add air myself. -The truck owner or the person handling the rental, was not at the location… I had to talk to him with the gas station’s phone to confirm the contract. -Also, the contact email I received had the gas meter at 3/4 full when in fact the truck itself read a bit above just a 1/2 tank. -Simply make sure the rental trucks are in complete working condition before renting out.

This was the worse experience I ever had renting a vehicle. I had confirmation to pickup at a closer location and the truck was not there then when I went to a UHual store they couldn't help me! I was then told to pick up a one way located an Hour away I couldn't find. I then called that location and they re-routed my pickup at a location 1/2 hour away which was complicated to get to due to work on the roads. The first UHual store I went to had trucks but they would not give me one and said I can only take a 26 feet truck and pay more. This matter took 5 hours to correct from 10:30 pickup till 3:pm. I request compensation or this will be posted in the media!

I have reserved equipment and pads for my move. Nothing was available and the gentleman at the store told me they don’t ever have those items. Why would U-Haul allow me to reserve that if the location doesn’t have it. I had the most horrible move and even dropped items and broke them. On top of this all my card was charged twice! I wish I would have picked another company.
