I called the location on the very first day I rented the van to explain that the cabin light wouldn't turn off. I googled/YouTubed this issue and realized the van just wasn't cooperating with me. The person I spoke with said he'd reach out to Uhaul and or a supervisor and get back to me. I called back 2 more times. Got the same response. I returned the rental today. Still nothing. Not even upon return.

Cuando puse el gas el equipo no marcó que estaba full le presenté la situación al encargado el me hizo ponerle gas hasta que no le cupo ni una gota más y ni siquiera así el equipo marcó que estaba full en la pantalla luego querían cobrarme $112.58 y le dije que smese no era el monto después me estaban cobrando $183 me hicieron perder una hora de mi tiempo hasta que al final me cobraron lo correcto $92.24
WILFREDO DStaff seemed uniformed about the process of handling orders for patrons. They also advertised equipment that they did not have (I reserved a 10-foot box truck online and they only had 15-foot trucks, requiring me to pay an upcharge). I was also given a truck with a conflicting fuel tank reading- they told me to give it back at full tank while I was given the truck at half-tank. They didn't really try to engage with me in a caring way, more so just trying to make a sale.

Jeanie JThe truck we picked up yesterday was the same truck we brought back with the broken windshield wiper. (I have pictures of both trips) We had to return the truck and order a van to finish our deliveries due to rain. When the windshield wiper broke (last week) my guys were coming back from CT in the rain. I think someone needs to call me before i contact the DOT and DMV. Torrie CNot only is he rude - the windshield wiper broke - We had to drive without a windshield in the rain. That being said - we picked up another truck at the same location - toDAY A- aside from being rude - didn't have the right paperwork and wanted Torrie to be the authorized user - he is the only authorized user. B-PICKED UP A TRUCK THIS MORNING (8/20) WE HAVE THE SAME TRUCK WITH THE BROKEN WINDSHIELD AND IT'S GOING TO RAIN AGAIN - I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR TODAY AND WANT A DISCUNT FOR INV 5404574028
