The app check-in process was a little confusing and I ended up calling and getting someone immediately who helped me get the truck. Overall everything was smooth and easy and fast and affordable and this will be my go to whenever I need a van rental in the future!

Karloz BI was quoted a price of $50 on March 18, 2025, for a local U-Haul rental of just 6 miles total—3 miles each way. That was a fair price. However, I never received a receipt after making my reservation, despite being told one would be sent to my email. When I picked up the truck on March 29, I noticed an additional $24 hold on my credit card. I was incorrectly marked for 10 miles, and although I was told it would be adjusted, it never was. When I returned the truck at 2:30 PM, no one was there. I left the keys with the gas attendant, who said he’d pass them along. After seeing I was overcharged, I filed a complaint, and only three weeks later did I receive a receipt—clearly issued only after my complaint, and it appears to have been made up after the fact. This experience was highly unprofessional, and I would strongly recommend considering a different U-Haul location. If a price is quoted over the phone, it should be honored.

Tango Bonline check in and lock box service was great and staff willingness to assist with lockbox was great since unsure how to use; would have liked more info on how to use lockbox check in so I would have to have bothered service person, even though service person was so obliging to help. Loved how owner greeted at check out and inquired how everything went. Great service, will recommend and use again as needed.

Rajni KDon't have this location have the ability to rent uhaul products! This location stinks royally. The person who gave us the keys to the van didn't allow us to go through the normal check in process of taking pictures through the app to notate any existing damage, which there was. There were scuffs and scratches on the interior of the van, one of the yellow tabs was broken off the roof of the van and the van had been returned late to the gas station we picked it up from. If I could give this location no stars I would.

Matthew PI originally reserved the truck at a location that is less than a mile from my house. After the reservation was confirmed, I was notified that that location did not have that truck and the reservation was changed to the location listed above. I appreciate that the accommodation was made and a suitable replacement was made available, but it did add about 15 miles to my rental and added about an hour for the 2 round trips (to get the truck and then return the truck). I would have preferred that U-Haul had brought the truck, in advance, to the location closest to me.

David SMost unwelcome: barrage of texts and emails right after I picked up the truck (asking for the license plate, condition of truck) when I’m most busy, phone message asking me to call and confirm truck return hours after drop off and emailed final receipt, dead link for feedback on receipt, then hours after asking for a working feedback form to arrive
