Great experience overall. I’ve rented from other U-Haul locations before, and this one stood out for being especially clean, organized, and efficient. The staff was friendly, everything was ready on time, and the whole process was quick and easy. I’d definitely rent from this location again.

I brought the truck back to the drop-off on my paperwork but while I was in transit to the drop-off location I received a text about dropping off at some new location. I didn't get an opportunity to see the text until after the drop-off. The text mentioned that we had discussed the new location but we had not. I called the number at the new location to tell them I had already left the truck at the original location. I just hope they got it.
STEVEN FI was incorrectly charged for Save Move, I did not request it. Also dollies and furniture blankets sitting outside by the dumpster, staff did the bare minimum.
Alexander LApp was slow at check-in, which kept us running late for movers. Truck also still had trash in it from the prior move when we picked it up.
Phillip Hgentleman was very friendly and showed us around truck. Would definately rent again from him
