The equipment was full of mud and the associate didnt seem to know how to check out the equipment. she’s the owner but the process took so long for me to get the trailer. Then I was charged 8 dollars for insurance even after optioning out from the mobile app and reminding her at check out. All she could tell me was call U-Haul to get the charge off your self. Then I also had to go back inside to get her to move a different truck that was parked in front of my rental, and she handed me the keys to rearrange her trucks.

When I rented from a corporate store they selected that I could turn the truck in at any location of my choosing in my destination city because I was not familiar with what would be closer. When I got to my location I got a text from U-Haul saying they selected a drop of location for me tat was on the other side of the city. I called customer service and said I would not do that because it would add miles that U-Haul would charge me for. The whole experience was disappointing. I am usually a fan of U-Haul and that is why I have an account with them. But this time they took every opportunity to make me angry and cost me money.
