Reserved U-Haul at another location and was directed to this location instead. With road construction and pickup farther away was not offered any kind of discount. Representive mentioned no discounts with me even asking and tbh was rather rude and rather not helpful with me to fig out the pickup issue. Really made me feel this was my problem not uhauls at all. At pickup UHaul was left with only 37 miles to empty. I documented that with the attendant and she acknowledged that would be fine. Returned the U-Haul with 65miles to empty after my day of usage and was charged a gas fee on my receipt. I am not someone who ever writes review or ever makes complaints but I think it’s pretty sad. Will be using another rental company next time.

The drop off location never logged the truck as being returned as she said it would be. That left me hanging with a no returned rental. Not good.

I had a hard time getting from my old place to the new place which isn’t very far away I’m very upset that I got a truck that barley ran transmission is going out and they still let me take the truck saying it’s okay I will never rent from uhaul again and I put gas in and said it wasn’t where I got it which was and from the start had a hard time getting it from the place close to me and that was the worst experience I had with uhaul

As far as I see nothing needs changed. It’s easy to rent and return. Simple method that works great.

Rude and double charged me for the rental

The locking mechanism for the trailer ball is extremely loose, and the rear doors are very hard to latch, when you try and push the arm bar into the padlock latch the door does not want to latch properly, it is very hard to get the bar to completely catch and latch.

Your website said this was the nearest place. It was 17 miles out of town. Do better.
