The van was locked in an iceberg and it took 1/2 hour to try and get it out. I called to cancel it but just then managed to get it out of the snow and ice. It could have been parked underneath the area where gas pumps are where it was clear of snow. Also there was significant ice on top and as we drove big chunks flew off and into the path of other cars. I called U-HAUL to let them know. ALL IF THIS TOOK UP AN HOUR if my 4 hour slot. This was not a good experience.
