We were ouble booked twice on two different loctions. Also I was over charged i have the receipt from the store . We have been cusotmers of UHaul for many years, but n ow I regreat the service.

Benjamin KWorst customer service experience. We reserved a U-Haul to move out of our storage unit, showed up on time to pick up the truck, and were told it had broken down. No one informed us ahead of time. Instead of offering a proper solution, they gave us a much smaller truck, forcing us to make two trips instead of one. This was a huge inconvenience and completely unfair. Very unprofessional and poorly handled. The guy just make it seem like he didn't care at all.

MICHAEL MA note in the system that the UHaul rental location is inside the gas station would help. I looked for a standalone building first before realizing it was a shared building location
ANDREW SThe transmission was slipping, and i got charged for 2 gallons of fuel when the needle was on the F for full when I parked it. This location is a scam and has made me contemplate if I will ever rent a u-haul truck again.

ZALEE HI would not recommend this location. The original truck that we were assigned, they lost the keys so had to give us another truck which caused major issues when returning. Also, when I called the Arlington UHaul location and spoke with Yamari Rodriguez because the link I was text did not match my license plate and it had expired and needed to submit the condition/gas/etc, I was told they couldn't send another link and to take pictures. As you can imagine, the return location was taken back by this unprofessionalism. SHADY! I paid over $200 to use a truck for 24 hours, will not be using you all again.

LUAY AEquipment turned out to leak (badly) in the "Mom's Attic" causing water damage to transported materials. Upon notice to on-site U-Haul representative and U-Haul regional contact, no remedy offered nor provided - basically "stinks to be you ..." The location is conveniently located to my property, otherwise would NOT recommend
JUSTIN HIn the end the total price for renting a truck was a little more than expected.
SHAWN ZThe staff was not friendly, they did not have the blankets we requested in our reservation. They seemed inconvenienced and inexperienced with Uhaul and helping us with our rental.
TERRY NOver charging for 1 day, got charged for 2 days only had the truck for 22 hours.
JIMMIE JI’d prefer to pick up from an actual Uhaul location, this location didn’t seem to know what was going on with my reservation and made me do all of the work.
ROBIN PUhaul was dirty. They added veh protrection when I didn't add it on reservation. It wasn't even discussed with me that this product was being added or not.

AGDALENA CI like that it is in a gas station. That makes the process of filling up easier. However, the check in process is somewhat challenging since the cashiers have lines of customers.

WILFREDO GI couldnt understand what they were saying and I ended up being overcharged
ANN MThe employees were unaware of how to check in and out the equipment. We rented moving blankets and were handed them as we left without any discussion as to what the expectations were upon return. My husband returned all blankets, counted and folded them in the parking lot before return. He entered the store, was told where to place them and was thanked by a female employee as she stated “Thanks you are good.” I then received calls that they were missing two blankets and the policy was to count the blankets in front of an employee, unbeknownst to the customer as well the employees. We were then charged for the missing blankets due to the store’s incompetency even after the manager agreed his employees were unaware of policy as well. I would recommend staying away from this rental site as you will pay the price for their incompetency. Good need, truck was clean.
KATHERINE BThey had just started using Uhaul 1 week prior, and had just opened up the store weeks or days before that. They took over 40 minutes to add an additional driver while we waited, when I had customer service on the phone he refused assistance. That was after telling me originally they couldn't change it, but customer service said they could. he kept calling the owner over the phone. They didn't have the equipment I asked for when booking, and then they charged me $87 for it being missing when I dropped it off! I had to drive back to the location because they don't have a phone number posted, and they said the owner would look into it and had me type out my name and phone number in a text message to the owner... on their phone! Unacceptable lack of customer service. ANd to still have no contact from them and no pending refund 3 days later. If I could give 0 stars for this location I would. I had no issues when I used another nearby place 3 weeks before this for something else. How awful!
LINDSEY GNo personnel - app would not work, Uhail personnel tried to help but did not have the tools. No one could figure out how to change a discontinued delivery location.
