There was nobody there. Place was open, door was open, but it was abandoned. Only choice was to do 24/7 online drop off. Horrible.

Uhauls website for phone pickup is worthless The website just spun and spun, and never refreshed and then wouldn't let us finish at the end the owner did talk to us on the phone and got us into the box to get our key he was very helpful
