Cons: - App does not work well. Repeated crashing forced me to use Uhaul website, which also took multiple tries to work. - I did not receive the mattress bag I purchased. Since pickup location was at a random mechanic (that was closed), I was not able to get one. - I called the support number for assistance. The staff I spoke with were very unhelpful, and had a bad signal making them extremely difficult to understand. - Images/instructions on website were misleading. Strongly indicated the keys were in a lockbox, rather than the truck itself. Pro: - I was able to actually get the truck and complete my move. Overall, I am extremely unlikely to use this location again, and would recommend family/friends go elsewhere.

U-Haul the corporation was a mess - you sent me to a location that didn't have the dolly and mattress bags, so I got sent to another one that also didn't have my stuff. Then the Third one had my mattress bags but told me I hadn't rented a dolly, which I had. Ridiculous, but not at all the locations fault.
