Original location by Tropicana field did not have the truck I reserved. The woman was defense, rude, never apologized and made it a chore to find another vehicle. There was an older guy named Jack who seemed to be a manager who saw it all and ignored the situation. The woman refused share her name when I asked. She needs to be fired but it deep like no one has the guts to remove this customer service cancer from the location. A terable customer service situation that left a bad taste for me and UHaul.

Dawn CI chose this location because the unit size was not available at the location nearest me. Overall, my experience with the unit, location, and U-Haul was good.
Michael SA little dirty on floor from wet weather but otherwise in good condition.
John II was supposed to pick up at closer location, had to pay more mileage than expected. Pick up location is in the ghetto. People laying around the entrance passed out....extremely unprofessional.

Tonya CWrong size uhaul was only confirmed pick up location was moved not the size of truck. Also there was no dolly in truck like I was told there would be. Had to spend more money and make multiple trips. If I didn’t have help from my church and my sister i wouldn’t have been there for days instead of hours.
Danielle WVehicle was filthy and smelled so bad on the inside. Moving in July is rough while in Florida however, having no Air Conditioning in the truck made it the worst!!! The vehicle should be cleaned and have, at a minimum, working air conditioning unless offering a discounted rental!
Chris Bbad location clerk in store did not give me correct amount of blankets plus she was hard to understand and she didn't know how to resolve a "check-in" problem.
charlie lMy ignorance hampered me a bit. I had yo adjust my thinking to go through the required steps to retrieve key from lock box. Once completed, everything worked wonderfully and timely. I thank you for crediting for no hand truck.
Martha WHard to recommend the location since no one was there but the online return system worked well. The Sunset Market location is very tight and while I had no problem parking the 20' truck, it is at the limit of what is safe once the truck was parked. Several people swung into the parking lot getting very close to the truck each time. I think it is only a matter of time before a truck gets hit after it has been returned and I think I picked the best parking space I could.
JON EThe truck was a piece of junk. The check engine light was on the whole time. It needs to be replaced. Over 100,000 miles and does not run well.
Susan CThe online sign in process is difficult when trying to access the lock box key. I would have preferred a company location even if farther away. I wasn’t aware that the pick up location would not be a manned office. The truck did not come with the ordered moving pads or two wheeler. Luckily I had my own devices. The truck was well maintained and easily driveable.

Kenneth WIt was a convenience store in the ghetto. No Uhaul signage and I didn’t feel comfortable dropping the truck off there bc they didn’t check the truck or sign off on anything which left me vulnerable to unforeseen charges and fees that were not warranted. So I’m left with paying an extra $40 that was absolutely bogus.
Heidi SThe location did not have my Dolly and pads ready. They did not have the furniture dolly or 1 dozen pads. I had to go inside to request these items.
MICHAEL SThat corner store needs more help and even when I gave the attendant my reservation number she still asked the same questions the UHaul rep asked me. She was very confused and had a line of people waiting to get personal items from out the store. I must say she was really polite and kept a smile.
SABRINA SIt is not dislocations old but I was changed locations last minute. I only found out after going to the location which I had scheduled for an after hours pick up, only to have the app told me that I was not at the correct location. This is my 2nd U-Haul rental in St Pete, and my 2nd with issues. This app is supposed to make pickup easier, but hasn’t.
Michael CThis location is horrible. They tried to scam me for an extra $139.60. I returned the rental on time and the gentleman running the location did not check the vehicle in. I knew it was fishy so I contacted uhaul after my drop-off. He waited a day to check it in and then returned the vehicle 1 hour after the checkin time. Very deceitful and dishonest. As far as my concern it's theft and his contract should be pulled. Never drop off here without taking a photo with a timestamp.
