Snow drift in the front of the box and ice build up under it after we scooped the snow out leaving the floor wet. We had to put cardboard on the floor to keep the mattress and box springs from getting wet and dirty. When we returned the truck to the pickup location the agent was not at the location to tell him about the snow and ice in the front of the box. We also put more gas in the truck than it had at pickup. The agent charged us a additional 25.00 to remove the 3 x 4 piece of cardboard we left on the floor the floor was clearly wet. Maybe He should have checked the floor before we rented the truck. and made sure it was clean and dry free of snow and ice . If the truck fuel tank was full and we topped it off before returning it that would be a better or fair way of doing it in stead of a guessing game on how much fuel to put in a truck that we had no idea on the miles per gallon or size of the tank to make sure we replace the fuel we actually used. MY mistake not reviewing the truck with the agent before diving it off the lot, or taking a photo of the inside snow drift. Lesson learned, never again.

Daniel TCustomer service was excellent. My only issue was with the weight distribution of the vehicle on the trailer. Trailer put far more weight on the vehicle bumper than advertised. Vehicle needed to be moved back to balance the load but the trailer setup doesn’t allow. Wish I would have been told not to use my car for towing.

Also there was a flat tire on the truck we reserved so the agent had a different truck ready for us when we arrived. We appreciated that.
