Could not find location of key drop. No indication af place to park vehicle. Had to ask a store clerk (not affiliated with U-Haul) where to park truck. The truck was not checked in for the days and o lot after I received a call from the U-Haul office asking where the truck was. She left message for the location and call was not returned. She had to call the area manager to get the vehicle checked in.

This was obviously a side effort for this gasoline station. It took 45 minutes to actually complete the transaction. In addition, while I originally requested a 4 x 8, there were none of this size available so a 5 x 8 was provided at the 4 x 8 rate. However, due to the difficulties in checking out from the facility, I was only offered the 5 x 8 rate.

The contract process took forever. No supplies available.

At Sunshine 1, I was suppose to pick-up a 5x8 trailer but the lights did not work. Fortunately a 6x12 trailer was available and I took it instead at no extra charge. The whole ordeal of phone calls to U-Haul's office, hitching a 5x8, then unhitching a 5x8 then hitching the 6x12 took approximately 2 hours. The U-Haul office changed my pick-up location two times before settling on the Sunshine 1 location which was 15+ miles away (original pick-up was 3+ miles away). For my trouble, U-Haul gave me a $50.00 credit. Thank You U-Haul. Sunshine 1 staff were friendly and accommodating.

The young lady really enjoyed her job and it showed. She had excellent customer service skills and she was very helpful.

The system was down then my reservation was made then as I was omw to pick up the truck I received a call from the location I made the reservation with and was informed the truck wasn't available went to denison where I had to pay more because of the distance.. a very big inconvenience.
