Truck had an awful ride due to the front shocks being worn out. This truck damaged my furniture. It shook so hard it bounced the soap drawer out of my washing machine. I've moved many front load washers and never had the drawer shaken so hard it fell out. BTW the load and unload help is spotty at best. Our loading help was good, our help unloading help stole 2 hours of unearned pay and refused to refund it. Uhaul is supposed to vet these people for good business practices, obviously they don't.

JOHN Mit's an empty store with grass parking lot. no signs of where to park or that I had to walk across the busy highway to a drop box at a gas station extremely confusing on where to park and nothing telling us that the store is where the U-Haul office is.

JEFFREY HCould not find location of key drop. No indication af place to park vehicle. Had to ask a store clerk (not affiliated with U-Haul) where to park truck. The truck was not checked in for the days and o lot after I received a call from the U-Haul office asking where the truck was. She left message for the location and call was not returned. She had to call the area manager to get the vehicle checked in.
Rick TThis was obviously a side effort for this gasoline station. It took 45 minutes to actually complete the transaction. In addition, while I originally requested a 4 x 8, there were none of this size available so a 5 x 8 was provided at the 4 x 8 rate. However, due to the difficulties in checking out from the facility, I was only offered the 5 x 8 rate.

Robert MAt Sunshine 1, I was suppose to pick-up a 5x8 trailer but the lights did not work. Fortunately a 6x12 trailer was available and I took it instead at no extra charge. The whole ordeal of phone calls to U-Haul's office, hitching a 5x8, then unhitching a 5x8 then hitching the 6x12 took approximately 2 hours. The U-Haul office changed my pick-up location two times before settling on the Sunshine 1 location which was 15+ miles away (original pick-up was 3+ miles away). For my trouble, U-Haul gave me a $50.00 credit. Thank You U-Haul. Sunshine 1 staff were friendly and accommodating.
