This location did not have the dolly or other equipment that I rented online. Yet I still got charged for it

KIMBERLY HPick up location service was not pleasant. Every time a customer arrived at the gas station the person stopped working with me and tended to others and I had to wait for a long time to finish the transaction.

Mary FI was over charged for my rental. I returned my rental back the same day around 3:50 and has reserved it until 5:00pm that day originally. I put the gas back and returned it early and the store didn't check it in till the next morning charged me for 2 days and gas. I would like to speak to someone please asap. 4076254145

Diego HThe vehicle refuse to start multiple times and the location charge me for fuel which I refuel the vehicle as well as late return and the vehicle was returned before the return time. I currently have a case open to investigate these charges.

Judette DI was overcharged by $79.40. I reached out to the service team, but they were not able to help me. It's a shame because the person that helped me what I picked up the truck was great, and the truck itself was good as well. But overcharging someone, then not helping resolve the situation is unacceptable. If someone can reach out to me to resolve the situation, I'd definitely change my review to a favorable one.
