It was near a bad location, parked it, went in to store and the guy just advised to park and drop the keys, he could not advise on any information and was not clear how it worked on returns. Recommend you find a new location, pretty sketchy! Dave

Isaiah MEmployees: The people inside the establishment were easy to work with, incredibly nice and helped me a lot in getting the things I needed for the rental. However, the outside of the building was different. Environment around the building/vehicle: I'm sure it's out of your control but the drug deals, smell of marijuana smoke, and people peeing outside of your establishment in front of my kids and wife while we waited to get the vehicle weren't ideal. Vehicle: The handle on the drivers side door to roll the window up and down is missing the ball so it's really hard to roll the window up or down. The seatbelt light stayed on and beeped at me most of the ride even though I put my seatbelt on right away when I got into the vehicle.

Hamza AI did not feel safe at this location while dropping off and performing self checkout in the daylight. The parking area is in front of a vacant retail unit and several males were loitering in front of it. They tried to initiate unwanted conversation with myself and partner.
Isaac EThe truck was dirty inside upon arrival, there was water in the storage area. It rained pretty hard and water also leaked into the mothers attic while my belongings were inside. The location is in a rough area and there was some questionable people hanging around. I can imagine most people not feeling safe dropping off and picking up in that area. I use uhauls frequently this was the dirtiest one I’ve used on arrival.
