summer iI was a bit iffy about using this location because it’s a little market but everything worked out so well. The lady who helped me through my rental was extremely kind, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. 10/10 experience! I would definitely use them again.

Francisco LAraceli helped me out and made the process so smooth. She was friendly and knowledgeable. This location was the best experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul. And you even have options at Sunshine Market that aren’t always available at larger U-Hauls. There you can buy some drinks or snacks because you know you’ll need it for the move. Will definitely pickup at Sunshine market next time I need a U-Haul.

ALLISON OCheck in the truck a 12.53 the person the was the owner took the truck and toll me she was bussy the she wiill check the truck and send me the recipe I left after 30 minutos I call to costumer serves they time she didn’t check it the truck I calll 3 time 2.30 I had to go beck to get my recipe she put return 2.50 terrible service I had to drive 20 minutes again to the location to get a seple recipe attn Elizabeth

brittany dThe owner was very nice and helpful, and renting the truck was easy. However, the truck was parked in a small, tight spot in an alley way, and it was very difficult and anxiety-inducing to pull it out. We were literally stuck between another truck and a telephone pole. Would not recommend unless you are very sure of your driving skills.
David SI didn't do walk thru when picked up I regret it as when I dropped it off got home to see I was charged $26 extra dollars for 4 gallons of gas they claim I didn't bring back on the same I drove it a total of 8 miles that's it I didn't leave it running while loading it or anything I know I brought it back exactly where I got it plus how on earth does 8 miles burn up 4 gallons of gas do the math.... They are wrong

DANIELLE HWell the people there are very nice people, however the vehicle I rented was very dirty and we had to clean it up before we can use it. Other than that everything was great.
jose gCan believe the added a cleaning charge I will dispute the chargers and never again will I use this service. I drop off the vehicle at the location and an underage girl receiving the keys and told me that everything was good to go not checking on the vehicle for any damages or cleaning part I assume that everything was okay until I got the bill adding $25 on cleaning chargers. I call theme and try to dispute the issue but refused to work with me saying that they cannot sweep or a little debris off
