First I had issues checking out my rental. They were really nice but did not act like they were serving a customer. The added a dolly and 6 blankets to my order. Then said they couldn't take it off until the supervisor did it. They did remove it after a few hours. Then When it came time to drop it off they were closed I used the app to drop it off and there was a GPS error. It showed completed on my phone but the next day I saw it still active. I called and asked them to check it in manually. They said the supervisor was out and he would get it as soon as he got back. My rental was checked in almost 5 days late. I kept in touch with the 1800 number customer support and they documented everything so they could not say I did not check it in but it felt shady.

There was no one working at the location even though it was the middle of the day

Mark ANo one was at the facility that knew anything about Uhaul. Had to speak to someone on the phone to complete the rental. The person there said they could not connect the trailer due to liability so we had to connect it ourselves. The hitch latch was broken/bent but the guy said to take it anyway. Worst uhaul experience and this facility should not be allowed to be a uhaul place.
