Everything went perfectly. I wouldn’t change anything. Maybe upgrade the trailer, but even though it was an older trailer it was maintained and in good working order.

Guy sleeping in a mattress in the closet. Had to yell and knock a lot to get a reaction from the guy. Was very creepy.
