We didn't know we had to take a picture of the gas gauge and submit it (not in any instructions for drop off). We were charged for not putting enough gas in but we did. We actually returned the truck with 273 miles and picked it up with 168 miles. We filled it to 5/8 tank just as we got it at 5/8 tank. We called to complain and Jessica was wonderful. She gave us 1/2 the money back that they charged us for, because we couldn't prove our story with a receipt or picture of the gas tank.

There was only 1 truck at this location that had advertising banners on it. No one on site knew anything about uhaul rental and pickup. We called reservations on Friday May 15th, said they'd look into it and get back to us. On the 16th I called and the truck with advertisements on it was the one for me so I didn't get it on the day I was supposed to. It threw off our moving plans having to wait a day.
Christine DEverything went perfectly. I wouldn’t change anything. Maybe upgrade the trailer, but even though it was an older trailer it was maintained and in good working order.
Brian PGuy sleeping in a mattress in the closet. Had to yell and knock a lot to get a reaction from the guy. Was very creepy.
