The floor of the truck was absolutely filthy - it had not been cleaned in months! My original pickup was 1/4-mile from the house and was moved twice to different locations, including just before pickup. This cost me extra time, mileage, and gas. Had to fill the truck completely as the fuel app was not helpful.

Melissa CI reserved a 20 foot truck. When I arrived the 20 foot truck I reserved was not available and not at the location. I had.to take the 10 foot truck because it was at that location, the super 8 in Romeoville, and available. As much as I was inconvenienced with having a to use a truck half of the size I originally ordered I much more concerned about being charged for 20 foot truck and being given a 10 foot truck.
