Location address is wrong, and they did not answer phones when I needed help. I spoke to someone at the 1800 number and was hung up on.

I had a reservation for 9am, but the location did not open until well after 10. Additionally, I reserved a cargo van, and explicitly chose a pickup location very out of the way for me because Uhaul claimed there was one available, but the only vehicle available was a larger box truck. These were issues with Uhaul's website and service, not problems with the staff at the pickup location - they were very kind and helpful.

Couple issues, first, i booked the reservation two weeks ahead of time considering the rarity of the truck i was renting, even so, my pick up location and time was changed a day before my scheduled reservation. Very aggravating. Second issue, the cab was FILTHY and the box still had stuff in it from the last customer. Third, the trucks alignment was completely trashed and was very unpredictable to drive
