as far as the location, yeah it runs a place and he was really nice as far as you Hall overall, I said a long time ago I’d never use them and I probably won’t never do it again it’s not the store location that U-Haul sell you guys do not listen and respect to customers. The light called me about my U-Haul, which have been back since the night before really the afternoon evening before and she couldn’t talk to me she just told me that OK thanks all that’s been back and I had more to say and talk. Tried to call him the way y’all have your phone set up the way you call people the emails you sent the way you did my bank account. I did not like it and will never ever use Hall again thank you.

CHARLES MI was assigned this location as a drop off. I was told to call the number when I dropped it off, to inform staff. I did that. Then, the next day, I was asked by the national office why I had not turned in the equipment. So, I called the 800 number and informed them of the situation, and it was cleared up.
