We returned out uhaul after hours. It is not a lighted area though the gasstation around the side of the building was open and lit so that helped. We did not interact with any staff. We used the app to.document our return. There was not a choice for not applicable so I will assume during normal business hours their staff is professional and pleasant and that it is a clean place. It was near out hotel is why we chose it.
