The truck was filthy inside and there was a lot of debris in the back. I had to clean the cab because most everything was black with dirt. The truck ran fine though.

cindy vI reserved online to pickup at this location and dropoff at a location I had used before close to my home. This was confusing to the clerk and I could barely understand a word she said. I ended up having my desired dropoff location moved by her. Also, there was very little gas in the truck. I put $70 worth of gas in it so it was nearly FULL when it was turned in yet I was charged $21 for mileage.

Danny RI requested a truck a week before we needed it and called the day of to confirm it. When we got to the location to pick it up, they said they didn't have our reservation and that it had been canceled. I did NOT cancel it, so someone else did. It was very frustrating and we didn't get our truck on time. The truck smelled awful and we could not load anything until the stink aired out.
Holly TI called and asked if I could possibly pick the truck up r early and was advised that the previous renter was due back at 4pm. I was told to keep my 4:30 reservation and that I would be called if the truck would be running late. I never got a call so I showed up at my reserved time only to find that the truck was not at the location when I arrived. I ended up having to wait over an hour for the truck to arrive and be ready. I had expressed the importance of having the truck at my reserved time due to time constraints on moving. I also rented a dolly but it was not in the truck. The person helping me just emailed me my receipt and said the truck was ready and good to go and handed me the key across the counter and never went outside. It was an awful experience
Joyce MTruck was previously damaged so we took pictures before accepting it. When returned after one trip of 7 miles each way, the person who received it said we damaged the truck. She was very uncooperative. We showed the time stamped pictures to prove it was damaged before it let the parking lot. Grumbling she accepted it.
Cari TRefund back the deposit and stop charging 60.00 a day for using the truck for the days. 40.00 a day is better than 60 a day

Blake PThe girl came outside and said she had to do my contract off my phone. She didn’t take any pictures and put that it had half a tank and didn’t even check the mileage. She put the truck had half a tank and it only had a quarter. i have a witness that also saw it only had a quarter. she took my card information and $100 deposit in cash. Y’all charged me for 18 miles when it was only 11 and money for gas when the employee did it wrong. i will never be stole from again my uhual. none of your customer service will help or care. awful experience
