The dude who runs the place is trying to charge a $200 cleaning fee when everything was cleaned out when I dropped it off. I only had the truck from 9:40 on Saturday morning till 7:40 on Saturday night when I dropped it back off. I have pictures that it was clean and swept maybe some dust was left in it but as I said I have pictures when I picked it up and I have pictures when I dropped it off. Did not need $200 for the cleaning. Then when I went to discuss the matter with the fella at the store that I picked it up at he tried telling me that I broke his door and he proceeded to call the police. The police even told him that it was old damage not new and I was not arrested. Myself and my significant other will not tolerate this and I will make sure I tell everyone that I know not to rent from the dude in Savanna Illinois. Absolutely bad business!!! But a supposed $200 cleaning fee. I will post the pictures for anyone who would like to see.

Very good all aspects of truck usage.

The inside of the truck was covered in ants. We had to take time to clean it out before we could even use it. The guy was also over 20 minutes late getting there.

The pick up process was quick and easy. The tech even brought the truck to the door for me because it was raining!

Very pleasant rental experience, rental rep was personable and made sure to go over all the insurance options, etc. Trailer very close to brand new so no issues there. And U-Haul's trailer rental fees are still affordable. I typically go to U-Haul for trailer rentals and nothing about this visit affects that.

Josh went above and beyond. When the hitch was stuck he unstuck it. Then the lights wouldn’t work and he fixed them. What a great employee.

There was literally nobody working when i showed up for my pick up time. Lights off and door locked. Took half an hour just to get ahold of somebody and another 15 minutes for them to actually show up. Would not recommend this location, very unprofessional

Have someone at this location during their open hours. Had to wait for someone to show up.Wasn’t all that long but a couple before us had been waiting for over an hour

The lift gate took more effort. Seems a little lubricant would have hey. Wonderful journey other than that

Great experience. Best U-Haul location I have ever used. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and I will use again when needed.

The renting experience was great. He was so very helpful in giving me a tutorial as I was a first time trailer puller. What I don't get is...why the 6' x 12' do not have integrated jacks. An empty trailer is fine..but once full it can be hard for 2 grown men to life.
