The check in person Was very friendly. The truck’s outside was filthy. Loaded with bugs so bad the first thing I did when I got home I started washing the truck.

GEOFF MA bit more explanation on how to operate the truck. For example, I was unfamiliar with the “tow/haul” switch and unsure when to use it.
Scott SWas given to me then had to go back to the place I got my U-haul to load my vehicle. The person at original place attached my Jeep and told me I would be fine. In Oklahoma my Jeep fell off the trailer and went into a tree, totaling it.
WAYNE KOnly issue was we were unable to unlock the first lockbox. Had to use an alternate truck.

Eileen BThe pick up location does not have cell service so you can't use the mobile 24/7 service. The location operation hours say they open at 8:30. This was not the case. Tried calling the numbers and no answer.
Manuel CI talked to a few representatives on the phone during the drop off process and they were the best representatives of any company I have ever called for any assistance, hands down.

Jeffrey CCheck the uhaul to make sure nothing was left even though, it is my responsibility but I left something in there that was important to me and when I called to see if it was still in there, it was gone. I’m sure someone took it.
Heather BWhen asked where to put the trailer, the guy just pointed to the side of the building and said leave it out back. Its pretty much a junk yard. There's not enough cell signal to do the online drop off and he's not helpful. Was charged a $15 cleaning fee simply because you can't upload photos without signal. Called and was told I wouldn't be charged. Now 2 weeks later I get charged, even though I offered to submit the photos I took.
Julie TThe brake lights didn't function at all. The sales rep never confirmed they were working properly. He only had me test the hazard lights. I didn't find out the brake lights did not work until later that evening. It ended up being an issue with vehicle but the sales rep never should have let me drive off the lot without brake lights.

barton jWhen filling the gas back to the required point...(which was just over half), I kept checking the gage when filling up and when I got to that point I stopped, but when I started driving it showed full!!! probably about 30 bucks of gas I gave to UHAUL.
Mark WFirst time driving a U-Haul truck. Would have appreciated a little guidance and instruction about the vehicle. Had to just figure out everything on my own as I drove across the country.

Kris PIt took over 45 minutes to get my trailer rental paperwork, I was doing it on my lunch break because I was going to work past the uhaul closing time. So I was late getting back to work When we started to load the trailer that evening I noticed one of the tires were coming apart. I live 3 miles from the facility so the tire was bad before I picked up The bad part of the tire must have been on the bottom when i picked it up. I tried to call the facility and of course they were closed. I called the national uhaul number and was on for 38 minutes before I spoke to a person to start roadside assistance. The roadside assistance took almost 3 hours

Also told me when I made appointment they would take care of any wiring issues but day trailer was picked up I had to take trailer & vehicle to auto repair shop ($85) to have wiring done.

Jacob Ci ORIGINALLY HAD RESERVED A TRUCK FOR 9:00 AM AT WHISTLERS TOWING BUT WENT THERE AND NO ONE WAS THERE. THE TRUCK I RESERVED WAS THERE BUT NO PERSONNEL AND NO KEY. I CALLED UHAUL AND WAS REDIRECTED TO SUPERIOR WHICH WAS 7 MILES AWAY,.
Russ FPerhaps give more notice before relocating the pickup location. I received notice the day before I was supposed to pick it up.
Gansen LI was quoted a local rental fee by employee error, despite the employee and myself both clear on my intentions to take the trailer one way to New Orleans. I was quoted 177$, and when I got to New Orleans was charged 355$. 355$ that was taken out of my account without my consent. It was not the agreed upon price. I still have my contract- unsigned. Not happy overall. The customer service rep in Marquette was friendly and professional, but I was not quoted the correct price and had to pay the fee regardless. When I called to have it fixed in order to be able to return the trailer- the gentleman that helped me remembered me and that I wanted a one way rental- he hung up immediately in order to help resolve my issue which I appreciate. I still ended up having to wait for almost two hours in the parking lot at the st Claude u-haul. It was a hassle and I would have never rented the equipment having known. I understand things happen, I also understand professional courtesy when there is employee error that effects a customer.
Taylor FI ordered moving blankets and dolly.. my pre pick up said my truck was ready with my equipment in back. I got to my location and nothing was in truck.
Brandon MI reserved a truck well in advance of me need. I did move it up a day, but you changed my location even though Superior had numerous trucks. By the time I got things squared away I was off to a very late start with a crew waiting. Superior was great, but someone changed my pickup location which messed up my schedule. Chuck GThe guy helped me hook up which was nice but he didn’t show me how to use it when i had a car on it such as how to strap anything or use the safety chains.
Miles LTwice in 3 months had issues with reservation and getting truck. Now charged me for gas. Ridiculous! Your company is not good. Will never use again or recommend.
