DEVENDRA PRequested self check days prior and the day of I had to call customer service to see what was going on. My options were to either drive 20-30 minutes away for a different U-Haul or wait for this place to open. I decide to wait and I had to enter all my information again after already doing it through self check in. I get in the uhaul and there is old fries, crumbs everywhere, and ash in the seats. I get to my location, open the back of the U-Haul and it’s filled with dirt and leaves. I call U-Haul about the $50 back for my reservation not being ready and to complain about the cleanliness just to be told it isn’t anything that can be done about my complaints and I can’t get the $50. I have used U-Haul a lot over the years and this is by far the worst experience ever

Derek SI don't think it was a problem with the location as the guy was nice and knowledgeable. The truck on the other hand made a LOUD noise the entire 5 hour trip. I couldn't hear the radio, I couldn't communicate to people by phone. It was very loud and gave me a HUGE headache. I have another trip where I will need another moving truck and I'm thinking it would probably be best to not go with Uhaul as I can't go through this again. The noise was so loud for 4 HOURS :(

Thomas AThat truck is damaged all the way around. Doors don’t roll down in the back. Passenger door window can’t roll down. Center console broken. Interior trim broken on the passenger side. Rear lock malfunctioning. The rear makes horrible noise when driving because the game is bent. As a repair representative, I’d be completely ashamed of how that vehicle was repaired from what can only be explained as several accidents. The location stinks, outside leaves so much to be desired. It’s a busted down motel . I’ll never go back although the personnel was pleasant

Shanna BI rented a U-Haul because I needed to move appliances. I also rented an appliance dolly. U-Haul called me to move locations and reserved me a spot without an appliance dolly. It made for a very difficult move. I recommend making sure that all of the equipment is at the designated site before Renting it. The vendor tried his best to find another location that did have an appliance dolly. Unfortunately, it was a 40 minute drive away.

HENRY TNeed a break on the cost of rental. On transportation alone we spent over $1400 dollars, and in the economy we are living in money is already stetched.
justin gThis wasn’t my original drop off location the first location I stoped at told me I could not return the U-Haul there and that I have to return to someplace else. This was a big inconvenience even though another drop off location wasn’t far away.

LOTTIE FRefused to assist customer with inspection of trailer and assist with placing trailer on hitch. Customer had to figure out how system worked. When returning no one to come out and inspect trailer. I was told if I didn’t want unit I could go down the street to other U-Haul dealer. Very unprofessional. Poor representation of a U-Haual dealer.

cody wI was charged an additional fee for dropping off the uhaul at this location. The location dropped was provide by uhaul via text. Uhaul did not provide additional information about additional charges nor did the clerk receiving the uhaul from me. Why would Uhaul provide a different location rather than the drop off location on the contract via text without providing additional information about additional charges.

alan sStill have not received a return receipt. He didn’t inspect the vehicle check gas , checked in the blankets all returned. So I feel very uncomfortable that something might come up about my return at a later date . I would like my receipt please.
Robert BNeeded a one way rental from Tampa to Ft.Lauderdale and there wasn't one available at the at the closest location so I was contacted immediately by a dispatch to one that was.

James JReturning in St Augustine FL was very difficult, I had to drive 45 minutes each way to the only return site accepting trailers in the entire county. This situation needs to be corrected.
ROBERT PDidn't rent the U-Haul until Saturday and I've been charged renting the U-Haul on Friday so I do some money back somewhere for a whole day
cheryl wThe rental facility was ok, the issue always seems to be UHauls main website for processing rental. I did all preregistration at home and it’s still took 45 minutes to process the pick up. Very annoying.

DUSTIN MVery bad location. No clear place to leave the truck. There was no drop off box. I had to call a number to find out where to put the key. Overall a very poor representative for your company.
STEPHEN VDid not have adapter for lights and the wratched bracket would not work so I had to wrap chains around the frame of the vehicle. Where I dropped it off could not believe the condition of the trailer.

Paul KI was Leary about this location after reading reviews.. The man that took care of us was quiet.. but very nice. He was able to accommodate us and I appreciated it.
Jannice LHe told me I was being charged extra for mileage but I was 40 under and that I never paid a deposit and told me my card is a credit card he was very rude to me he can’t help me all I can do is call uhaul because I went over and was only allowed 119 miles
