I notice that you didn't ask me about the service from corporate? That was extremely disappointing. 1. You changed my pick-up date without my permission. When I asked the local rep, he stated that you rented the truck for the morning. 2. You approached me about taking a trailer and then after I agreed said, thanks but no thanks. 3. You charged me for an extra day when the truck was returned on a Sunday a few hours after the deadline. The drop off location is closed on Sunday and no one was going to prep the truck or re-rent the truck. I wasn't aware of the deadline. 4. You charged me for 1 gallon of gas, even though I filled it to the 15/16th level two blocks from the drop off location. 5. You increased the rental rate by approximately double during the contract period.

BILLY NAnother customer in front of us had been sent to this location to pick up a truck that wasn’t there. The manager did well to find a truck for the customer. The trailer I had was good but the exterior paint was peeling off. Overall good experience.
JEFFREY CTRUCK GAS TANK NOT FULL. ONLY DROVE IT 10 MILES SO DIDN'T ADD FUEL, AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WHEN RETUTNING.
LEO MNo one was at the office and it was supposed to be open until 5:00 pm. It was 2:30 pm.
DELTON BWhen I picked up the truck the guys at the dealership were too busy trying to sell me a truck detail and ceramic coating that he didn't pay attention to what I wanted. I told him I wanted the truck for two days but the next morning he called me and asked what my plans were for turning in the truck before he reports it missing. He told me that I only rented it for six hours and I said that wasn't the case because I needed it for two days. He said he had another customer waiting on the truck so I brought it back by 1 pm and he was closed so I left the keys in the drop box. Maybe if he spent less time trying to sell his other business products and payed attention to what the customer is asking for there wouldn't be any mistakes.

MICA PBusiness was closed for pick up. No closed sign on the door. Had to call the 800 number to get information to unlock the vehicle. Ordered moving pads with the rental but did not get any. Overall, not a good experience.

KEITH HBe honest about the size. A 15’ is only 12’ of full space. When I realized this I immediately called to exchange for a 20’. I was on hold, hung up on, told I had to return to the place I rented and they could not help me find a bigger one. I was told I was charged for a full day even though all the time I had it I was trying to get a bigger one. I definitely would not recommend to anyone. I had movers coming that I was having to pay even though I did not have a truck for them to load. I will dispute this extra one day charge that I had for little over an hour because no one would help me. I called at least 5 times trying to get to someone that could help. Horrible customer service! I hope they do listen to the recorded calls so they can hear how the people really didn’t care and did nothing to try to help.

Then all the sudden it started working for a bit. Then it went out again and blew pretty much hot air. Very miserable need to get that truck looked at

RAMONA CI requested an appliance dolly. It was not provided. I was charged $10 anyway.

We got there on a Friday during the day and no one was there and the place was locked. We were about to drive away when someone came up. We returned it in Sunday and they were closed.

They have ZERO customer service, only ONE person working the counter on a Saturday morning. I hope this review goes ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP of the food chain. I booked a 20' ft. truck for Saturday morning, received my confirmation FROM UHAUL but when I showed up to pick it up, they couldn't find the reservation, no trucks available and the guy in front of me in line needed a dolly but was told "we don't have one available" while all of us in line to pick up our trucks were looking at TWO OF THEM in the store used for rental. GARBAGE! I'll never EVER use them again, and I'm making sure to tell EVERY SINGLE person I know about it too so THEY don't make the same mistake we did. Do better "Rose City"! You're losing customers hand over fist-and without us, you have NOTHING! Superior Gloss 100% came to our rescue and I'll never use another location but Superior Gloss! Thank you for being our heroes that day and helping us in our time of need. You are the rock stars!
LISA MEverything was clean except for the ramp where I found a used needle on it. And there wasn’t a dolly in the truck so I had to drive back up there later and get it. The dolly wasn’t fully that locations fault since I had to transfer my order from another location last second since they didn’t have truck ready when they were supposed to.
