Through no fault of the location that I picked up and drop the truck off the rear tires on this truck are not good in any kind of cold weather. I repeatedly got stuck, trying to go up very small Hills. It made it very nerve-racking and dangerous at times. This is not a reflection whatsoever on Superior storage, as they are very excellent. One of the best of your Customer, service people I’ve ever dealt with.

When i did everything before hand and then I had to do it all over again that was ridiculous and it took 30 min to do it all. When someone picks up the truck and it takes 30 min that's ridiculous. The pick up experience was not good. There was garbage in the cab that we did not see till a little later.

Aclot of caveats, but they made it right. N9 trucks where I wanted to rent, so they researched, found 7s a truck, but did not charge the mileage, as I only needed a one way and it ended up being round trip.

No problems at all with personnel or locations. Only issue was with the toy hauler itself. The wheels were not aligned and caused the trailer to resist the towing vehicle. The whole drive we had to hold the wheel an 1/8 to the left to travel straight.

Clients should know the site is not always staffed. Additionallly be prepared for driving gymnastics as the lot has a good number of trucks but narrow driving space and as a storage complex any users trying to access their garages, at no fault of their own, block ability to drive the trucks around them.

The trailer was never looked at. Was sent away with a bald tire and two others that had yellow marks on them noting defects. Had to have roadside assistance come to my home prior to even loading to replace tire. Should have been caught if unit was inspected.

Instructions on where the trailer should be left could not be followed because there was an over abundance of rental trucks stored at this location. In addition, there was no cell service in the area so I could not upload post rental photos of the trailer to the Uhaul app.

Re-build the app & website. It was completely non-functional on-site. I couldn't check out when I got there, and I couldn't complete the return process either.

The office was NEVER open and phone calls were returned slowly. We put our check in the drop box every month & mgmt e-mailed every month that they did not receive the check when it was still in the box. The management sold us a defective lock then insisted on charging us to cut it off. The doors have no weather seals so our belongings got damaged. No one informed us of the 2' set back req'd. The tar in front of the door is higher than the locker floor so the water runs in. No gutters/downspouts or security fence. After we contractually vacated they sent us a late fee notice the 1st of the next month!! THE PLACE SUCKS

We rented a 10x10 unit for 8 months. It was very adequate space for our needs. We put most of our things up off the ground on pallets provided by Superior. Facility was easily accessible for us and we experienced no security issues during our rental time. Our rental duration allowed for a free months rental as a bonus which was nice! We would use this storage facility again and highly recommend .We used the on site u haul also.

we have never needed storage till now. We tried in Buffalo and the guy at Buffalo storage was nuts and we were about to call the police on him,, This all to ask on storage. when we went there.. We are seniors and never treated like that...So we had to find this place and it was perfect using both rentals.. Thank you for helping us out.... no name please......

Working with Kelly at Superior Storage was a wonderful experience, full of personal service at any hour of the day. I even had her cell phone number, which came in handy one night at 11p when I was struggling with the lock. She even offered to drive over an assist. No national chain would do that! Signing up and moving in was easy. Moving out was even easier. I highly recommend Superior Storage in St. Michael!!
