The back door was frozen shut. I contacted U-Haul and was only returned the rental of the truck but was still charged the miles and was hung up on by a manager. I am still waiting for someone for upper management to call me back which has been over a week now. I am beyond unhappy with U-Haul and will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

JAMES MCustomer service was awesome. Was trying to drop off the truck and was having issues with the site. Because of the issues, I was pushed passed the 24 hr mark. The guy I talked to (wished I remembered his name) helped me with my issues and assured me I would be only charged for one day. I was expecting to be told tough luck you're passed the 24 hr mark. Unless I read the bill wrong I was only charged for one day.

DON PThrough no fault of the location that I picked up and drop the truck off the rear tires on this truck are not good in any kind of cold weather. I repeatedly got stuck, trying to go up very small Hills. It made it very nerve-racking and dangerous at times. This is not a reflection whatsoever on Superior storage, as they are very excellent. One of the best of your Customer, service people I’ve ever dealt with.

PATRICK GWhen i did everything before hand and then I had to do it all over again that was ridiculous and it took 30 min to do it all. When someone picks up the truck and it takes 30 min that's ridiculous. The pick up experience was not good. There was garbage in the cab that we did not see till a little later.

Jerome WAclot of caveats, but they made it right. N9 trucks where I wanted to rent, so they researched, found 7s a truck, but did not charge the mileage, as I only needed a one way and it ended up being round trip.

Martina TNo problems at all with personnel or locations. Only issue was with the toy hauler itself. The wheels were not aligned and caused the trailer to resist the towing vehicle. The whole drive we had to hold the wheel an 1/8 to the left to travel straight.

Christopher WClients should know the site is not always staffed. Additionallly be prepared for driving gymnastics as the lot has a good number of trucks but narrow driving space and as a storage complex any users trying to access their garages, at no fault of their own, block ability to drive the trucks around them.

Bob PIt would have been nice to use the U-haul facility in Buffalo, MN. This site was 20 minutes away. It was nice to have 24-hour drop-off.

Jill SInstructions on where the trailer should be left could not be followed because there was an over abundance of rental trucks stored at this location. In addition, there was no cell service in the area so I could not upload post rental photos of the trailer to the Uhaul app.
