AGUSTIN L.We rented our 10' truck for a one way trip and called the telephone # provided when we arrived forndrop off. I was told where to park the truck and to drop the keys in the drop box. I dropped the keys in the key box. I did go in to the store to advise the keys were in the drop box and was told I'd receive an email as my drop off receipt. A totally E Z P Z experience!

PAUL W.The pick up location, the people were very kind and friendly. The issue was the straps that go over the front tires of the vehicle to secure the car to the car hauler were previously drug for quite a long time. They were too short to go over the tires and reach the ratchet to secure the vehicle to the trailer. I had to find an automotive store with ratchet straps that could handle the load that I was hauling. I had to buy an additional four sets of straps to secure the front tires and secure the rear of the vehicle to the trailer. The overall condition of the trailer was acceptable and the tires were in good condition. The ratchets to secure the vehicle to the trailer were corroded together. I had to soak them in WD-40 and force them to work properly.
MARK G.The floor inside was somewhat dirty. I could not see it when I first picked up the van. Because it was at night and the inside light did not come on. Also it smelled like smoke inside. Someone had recently smoked in the van.

MARIE G.When I picked up the truck it smelled of paint, the floors had been painted and the door was left open so the floor was covered in snow. The drop off time should be extended especially if there is a drop box outside to leave keys

Yesterday when I went to return the truck there was only one spot in the back to put the truck in and it was a very tight squeeze. I was able to do but I don't know if a lot of people could especially without hitting another truck or at least the mirror.

Susan B.The call in reservation system has significant issues. In my last 2 rentals I've had to call multiple times because reservation confirmations were not sent out. Turned out the confirmations weren't sent because the reservations I thought were completed on the calls were not saved or lost by uhaul somehow.
Keith S.I got a fuel charge of $16. Whiles, I added fuel and it was at the same level. The time I dropped off the vehicle I told the attendant to come and inspect everything before I left but she refused and said they will email me the next day since there was no problem. That their tricks off give you unreasonable fees.

Patricia A.Uhaul did not have wiper fluid and when I was on the highway I had to keep pulling off and cleaning the window at gas stations. NOT good this time of year! Talked to uhaul and was supposed to receive a 25 dollar credit on Thursday. Today is Tuesday and still haven't gotten it.

WILFREDO S.The truck was clean inside and out. The issue was the engine. Average gas mileage for the trip was 7 miles per gallon. While I understand it is a truck and it will not get great gas mileage the idea that it only was getting 7 miles per gallon is not acceptable and cost me allot of extra money for gas.
