Upon taking pictures before leaving the lot. The app was buffering. So I had to take my own pictures. So maybe tweaking it might help. And I didn't feel safe in that location even though it was daytime.
Janet JIt is an auto shop with no signage. We had a hard time figuring out where to go and where to park the truck. The guy there didn’t speak English. We finally found the key drop off box.

Rebeccca JThe woman in the office was very sweet, that's about the only good thing I can say about this rental experience. We had a 2 hour rental time frame and the front end checkout took almost half an hour from it. The lot is full of trucks, trailers, and trees tightly packed in and backing out into the street was stressful. The man who runs the lot was super rude, interrupting me trying to back out by telling me to move my personal car from the lot and park it somewhere else, threatening to lock it in if it wasn't moved 30 minutes before they close (at 6, this happened at 2:30pm). He also made rude comments about my driving and generally made the process much more stressful than it needed to be. I will never come back here due to that guy alone. My truck had very low tires and driving it felt treacherous. They should maintain their vehicles better and really work on their customer service, yikes.

JIMMY BI moved a trailer for you to Atlanta, and the drop off location was 30 miles away and no one could switch it to a closer location. They told me they would not charge me for gas but they did, I did y’all a favor and it ended up being a pain for me

Biernes SI know we picked this location to return our U-Haul, but it was not clear as to where to return it. It looked like a convience store. We finally figured out to go behind the fence. Not a great area for us. It was a bit scary. It turned out it was a car detailing place. Once we located the person in charge, he was helpful and nice.

Garrett SThe owner by the name of Antonio was rude, unprofessional and posed no integrity. Upon my arrival Antonio did not greet me in professional manner as well as not even acknowledging I "WAS" a customer. He began telling me he close at 5pm. I informed him I was scheduled to pick up at the Peters St location and upon me getting there I was told my pick was changed and I did not receive notice. I opt to have text message. But! I did not get. Antonio said his computer was down and called his sister to complete the rental. This person did not reference her name she was rapidly trying to get the rental done. She then said your total is $145. I tried to address due to that was not accurate; she disconnected the call. By this Antonio character being unprofessional I preferred to handle with my rep. Also, I was NOT to be charged until truck was returned. These people knew I was a corporate account; Antonio informed when he called her. They are all about getting money. Antonio had 2 trucks. He provided me a truck with bottom mirror missing on the driver side and told me to take a picture? When I ask did about the gas he pointed to a gas station and said "its gas station right there". Unbelievable! I told him its not for me to be fueling upon picking up. He look inside and said its a full tank. I was not aware the air condition did not work until the next day by then there was nothing I could have done. I reached out to my rep via phone; left messages. I finally spoke with my rep today 06/24/24 after sending email. I did cancel reservation for 06/18/2024 due to this unprofessional encounter

Habib rThey are very unprofessional my first time here. Trying to stay in my neighborhood but was wrong. He was taking the payment information and than he pick up the phone call a lady and start calling my card# out to her that was a red flag for me right after the bank pick up a fraud alert.Use three different cards fraud alert kept comes up. So my mom let me pick the truck up she made the reservation so when I got back home she said the truck was too small she didn’t make reservations for that so she call him on speaker phone and ask him why he didn’t give the size truck on the reservation he said well people change they mind all the time. I had to go back twice still didn’t have the right size. I think the man didn’t know what he was doing because he kept calling the lady on the phone asking her what to do. Took me longer to move had to call U-Haul customer service. Don’t use this location something not right about calling second parties giving them your information . I been using U-Haul for years and never had a bad experience like this.
Sebrena HU-Haul gave me this location to pick up my truck at 10am. They opened at 11am. The man rudely hung up on me when I was trying to see what had happened. But the text message gave me one address and the app gave me another. Very unsatisfied

Roderick RLooked at the Google reviews before I went & they made mention of a woman trying to get your card number verbally after securing online. That’s exactly what happened to me – saying the card file wouldn’t go through & she needed to manually enter my number. I told her that shouldn’t be necessary bc I secured with a valid credit card online. When I got the confirmation call the day before, I *made sure* to ask that I would need to give my card number again bc I saw the Google review calling this out. The man is not professional or helpful at all. Upset I wouldn’t give my card # to this random woman over his cell phone who handled the reservation & went on some unrelated rant about how UHaul customer service tells people the wrong thing & they don’t know how to works. And yet my rental with through without having to give you my card. And this is FAR from the first time I’ve rented UHauls and other vehicles. The cargo van itself had low tire pressure alerts on both front tires & he knew that when he handed me the keys (he pulled it down the embankment & onto the gas station lot before I drove off). I took a photo of the alerts when I took photos of starting & ending mileage. Photos of condition didn’t match what was in the system, so I uploaded my own to cover myself. Why is the front windshield glass held down with duct tape?? I won’t ever rent from this location again.

ALEXANDER HThe owner was rude and a criminal. The truck speedometer was wrong/broken. No gas cap and truck was on empty. All of this and the owner charged me for extra miles due to the broken speedometer after I pointed it out. Refused to help, discuss or correct issue.
