David Jackson <jdavid313@gmail.com> 6:05 PM (15 minutes ago) to me Dear customer service I would like to file a complaint on these agents I received a call this early morning 02/06/26 at 7:45 a.m. about my rental truck in Melrose Park, This agent from this number 708-377-5169 told me that I can get a great Deal today a 20% discount plus I didn't have to refill the tank up on the rental truck if I would go to Schiller Park and pick up that 10-ft truck instead of the one in Melrose Park that I had reserved rental for. Plus I have storage unit at Melrose Park location #1133, So I agreed and went over to Schiller Park it was a little farther than I wanted to go, So I went to pick up the rental in truck I talk to Samantha and told her what the agent told me on the phone about the deal he made with me and gave me a 20% discount and I didn't have to refill up the tank on return This is the deal that he gave me, She agreed and told me that everything will come off at the end of the day when I bring the truck back. But at the end of the day this final bill did not reflect anything he told me about infact it was higher than the last truck I rented and I went to the same exact place and the same route, So I am really upset about this so call Deal that he really lie to me and I'll probably be will be going somewhere else to rent a truck next time.
