Truck was in terrible condition. I ordered a dolly, an appliance dolly, a utility cart and 6 dozen furniture protectors. None of the equipment was in my truck when I picked it up not was the equipment even available for my move. No one even attempted to contact me and tell me this information or offer a solution. This caused massive delays and resulted in me having to rent the truck for an additional 24 hours because the lack of the proper tools severely hampered my move. Extremely disappointing experience with this location and Uhaul in general.Ben M.

The truck needs some serious work. The inside was an absolute mess. The inside of the cab had sand and debris. The door panel and front dash on the passenger side was coming apart. The back of the truck was not cleaned out prior to our use. The side of the truck on the passenger side was severely damaged. I would definitely not recommend this location for rental.Donald F.

Prior to sending a car trailer that is going from Florida to New York it should have been inspected for safe tires. As a result of U-Hauls negligence we had a tire blow out on the car trailer. When the U-Haul Road side service company got to us they said they had to change all the tires because they were unsafe to travel on. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCEAlphonse M.
The hose to the radiator came off the radiator while I was driving. The truck was overheating and I pulled over on the side of the main road. I lost all of the coolant to the truck. I called this location and they gave told me to call another number for roadside service and they gave me the wrong number. Once I got the correct number for roadside service I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I eventually unloaded my car from the trailer I was towing and drove my car to the nearest auto shop and bought 2 gallons of coolant for the uhaul truck. I reattached the hose to the radiator and put the coolant in. Made it to my destination without it overheating. Will NEVER rent from this location again!Sam H.

This is a 24-hour drop-off site, which is a real plus. I dropped the trailer off after-hours on the day it was due back. Unfortunately, I didn't read the fine print on the contract, which said that I needed to report the return with my cell phone. I called the site the next morning immediately after they opened to verify the return. Sadly, they still charged me $20 for an extra day, even though the trailer was on their property when they opened in the morning. This felt to me like a cheap shot and shameless money-grab. Lesson: read the fine print on your contract!Robert B.

The truck had sheets from the last person who used it. They didn't do a walk through of the truck before renting it to me.Alexandra B.
They couldnt find the keys when I came to pick it up because they where still in the drop box from the prior renter. It hadn't even been cleaned someone spilled a pop in the cup holder that ran into the holder and onto the floor, it was all gummy.Dewey M.

I did express checking the day before, and when I got to the location I waited for over an hour, the guy had to do everything over again more than once, he kept saying he didn't know what was going on.
