Make sure the place is open when the pickup is scheduled, also update their opening hours! Get them to clean the space of snow so the truck wouldnt get stuck while taking out!

Get help to attach trailer. Do not try to lift trailer tongue by yourself. I asked for help and received it Trip was great. Winter weather was a huge concern. I stayed 24hr ahead of major winter storm. Trailer performance was admirable.
PETER VTrailer was booked. I drove 8 hrs to thunderbay and was told none were available. Called service center and was told that there was one available another 5 hours away. What is the use of reserving if not available.
