I had one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. I was moving from Surrey to Victoria, so I already had the issue of having to book a truck in a place and leave in the other while having to take a ferry. So I booked everything as early as possible, so I would have enough time to pick up my truck, load it and take the ferry. Two days before my move, Uhaul called and confirmed that everything was booked for me. However, one day after the purchase they called saying that there were no trucks available anymore in this location, even thought I had booked in one month in advance, they shifted my reservation to a spot in the middle of warehouses. If that wasn't bad enough when I arrived, there were no reception services, no one to assist me and no instructions to pick my truck, I was left alone, in the dark and raining morning with no assistance and instructions, after calling for over 30m they told me I had been shifted to a mobile pickup that no one informed me about, so I had to download the app and for the verification process, outside in the rain and cold, during the process to open the lock the app gave me the wrong code, and the only way I could open the truck was because I received a text message from the distributor with the correct code. After, 45m to get inside the truck it was missing the dolly I requested, so I had to still drive into another uhall location just to pick the dolly. For all this trouble I was only offered me $50 discount, needless to say this is completely inappropriate and the worse costumer experience I've ever had.

No orange drop box, location advertised as a 24x7 rental and rep who helped me at pick up location mentioned it was super easy drop off after hours
