Had difficulty getting the driver side door to shut. Truck had no indicator light or chime that the door was open, only noticed it because you could hear road noise and wind coming in and had to pull over to shut it and it had to be slammed hard to fully close. That happened multiple times. Called the location the day after I returned it to let them know and they took the info to pass along to Uhaul direct and asked addition questions so they had the info correct. The location was great.
Christopher WMileage shouldn't include the distance back to your house from the pickup location. It's not the borrowers fault you don't have specific trucks at certain locations and have no dealers in certain areas . Other than that no complaints
Brandi CMake sure the doors to the truck aren’t frozen. We could not get into the truck and we’re told to pour hot water on the lock ( and where do you think you can get hot water in the middle of a parking lot?) or use a crowbar, and not having a crowbar handy we had to call someone to help us out with that, thankfully they were available because I don’t know what we would have if that person couldn’t have helped us!!!!!

dan sIt was difficult to find the key drop off box. Further, the key on the ring would not fit through the slot so I had to remove the ring and tag.
Andrew LThe truck had pebbles in the back that needed swept out and the front had candy wrappers on the floor. I did not receive the confirmation text until I had already taken the truck and began loading it, by which time the link had expired.
Tyler TI pre checked in on my computer yet I had to answer most of the questions at the pick up location anyway and it took a long time
Thomas MOur drop off location said it was a 24/7 drop off option but it has no outdoor lights. So trying to complete drop off through the app in the dark was difficult and trying to find the drop box for the key was also quite difficult.
John FStaff was friendly and helpful. There also happened to be an actual Uhaul employee on sight at the time of initial pick up; he was very helpful.
Thomas LFolks at Susi's were straight forward and not petty. A++ Only negative comment on the truck would be the power steering was almost non existent at idle.
Scott PWhen you clairsville m that the fuel was 7/8 full but in reality it was 3/4, and had to pay the difference. I even told the uhaul inspector but shrugged it off. Poor service.
Matt ZI was charged another fee $30. Which over drafted my account. I will spread this experience all over uhaul of what happened and the customer service was awful!!
William PI had to sweep broken glass out of the back of the truck before I could load anything in it. I also needed to add furniture pads on to my order but Susi did not have them, so on top of moving my pick-up location 30 minutes in the opposite direction of where I needed it to be , I still had to go to another U-haul facility to get furniture pads.

david gThis location did NOT have the appliance cart that I ordered. I was sent to another location to pick it up. I've rented from U-Haul at least 8 times and I have NEVER had things go like it was planned. Two of those time were insanely inconvenient situations and caused a delay over around 4 hours each time in getting the rental squared away. I wish I had alternative moving companies in the area.
Brian CTruck had reverse light out that was not repaired before I left the lot, seemed that all they wanted was payment and really didn`t care about anything else. There was no identification verification, in fact myself and the other driver were not even asked to present any type of identification.
Scott HThe 10ft truck was in good shape and handled well.
CARENE Aservice was good, had problem with trailer, home office not very understanding.
Bob AI had to pick up the vehicle several miles further away than what I had originally scheduled. 8 miles as opposed to 1 mile. There was a service engine light on when I picked up the truck.
Mark Bnot where I ordered the trailer had to pick it up at this satellite location, staff was friendly. would have preferred to pick it up closer to the house where I reserved it 1 week in advance.
SUE FI went to drop off my unit and the location I was told to drop it off at told me that they did not accept the style unit I had at that location! What was I going to do! I was then told to go to another location, luckily only a few miles away. When I got to this location they also said that they did not take this style unit- it was only a 5X9 trailer. Luckily they did take it but they were not very happy about it. Never again will I book U-Haul online!
JANICE SThe guy at counter not very friendly. I asked for help getting my car on the tow dolly; he was not helpful, didn't seem to care. He said he didn't know how; if they are going to be a UHaul rep. they need to know how to help a customer
DEBRA Bhe had no idea what he was doing or desire to do it...he then never change the paperwork to the 1 way drop off because he didnt want the trailer back and caused us an hour delay when we got there!

BOB HI reserved a trailer for Sunday because I was unsure if I'd have time in my very busy schedule to pick it up Saturday. I presumed my trailer would be ready Sunday morning. When the technician called me Saturday to confirm he said my trailer would not be available until 2pm Sunday. This was completely unacceptable as I'd planned to pack up a storage unit Sunday morning and be on the road back to Hershey, PA no later than 12:00pm. He gave me the 800 number to call to see if there was another trailer available anywhere before that time, as he had none at his store. I was able to find one, but it put a kink in my plans and wasn't terribly convenient. It all turned out in the end, but maybe you should inform people when making a reservation that their reservation may not be available until afternoon on the day reserved. I wrongly assumed my trailer would be available first thing in the morning.
Rachel RI ordered 20 blankets, which were detailed on my invoice. Susi did not have them, nor were they listed online. I had to go to another Uhaul vendor in Eirie, PA to get them.

DEBBIE DMY EXPERIENCE WAS A BUMPY RIDE FROM THE INTERNET ORDER TO THE DROP OFF OF MY RENTAL TRAILER. I WANTED TO P/U MT TRAILER AT THE (U-HAUL) IN ERIE ON BUFFALO RD. YOU SENT ME TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN TO P/U A TRAILER. I WANTED A ONE WAY TRIP AND WAS NEVER GIVEN THE OPTION TO CHOOSE. I TOLD THE PERSON THERE AT SUSI'S I WOULD BE TAKING SOME STUFF TO MY FARM IN CORRY, PA. I STATED I WOULD BE DROPPING IT OFF THERE, HE SAID TAKE IT TO JIM'S SERVICE STATION THERE ON RT 6. I DID THIS AND THE GUY TRIED TO CHARGE ME A DROP OFF FEE. OH NO NO NO! I HAD TO DRIVE BACK TO THE FARM AND CALL THE U-HAUL COMPANY AND SPOKE TO A MAN (JAMES) WHO WAS UNDERSTANDING WHILE I RANTED A BIT. HE GAVE ME TO THE MANAGAER/ SUPERVISOR AND SHE WAS VERY NICE AND TOOK CARE OF THE ISSUES AND IN THE END I WAS SATISFIED. THANK YOU! THESE COMPANIES THAT U-HAUL CONTRACTS WITH NEED TO FOLLOW THE RIGHT STEPS SO NOT TO MAKE RENTING A BAD EXPERIENCE. I THINK ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY THEY MAKE OFF OF THE DEAL AND NOT THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. NEXT TIME I WILL GO STRAIGHT TO THE LOCAL U-HAUL NOT A SIDE KICK COMPANY
Coreen Cwent there to get trailer, the last two trailers I rented had 2" ball this one had 1 7/8 receiver. they had no hitch balls to buy and no wrench to help me change the new one when I got one at walmart. The guy was nice but slow, said he doesn't do this often. Then he had to call two people that I know so he could verify I was who I said I was, I had a driver license and credit card. Waste of time to go there.
Albert SMan who watited on us rude! All equipment that was reserved had to be picked up at 2 different locations and took over an hour to do so. Didn't get all the moving pads we requested.
