We first checked to see how much of a notice was needed at Park Rapids Auto car. He said two weeks would be enough, and we offered to pay then he said it wasn't necessary. I then went in on the 9 th of sept to reserve a trailer he didn't have one at that time but would get a hold of Tom somebody and within a couple days would hear from him or U Haul and if I didn't, call him. So the week of the 25th Monday I called to make sure he had a trailer he assured me it would be there. We came in on that Friday and basically said they didn't have one, I talked to the young lady at the counter and she didn't have any information on us, went back to the shop to talk with him twice and I asked her to have him come and talk to me, he didn't. As I was leaving I saw the door was open to the shop and I said to him you promised me a trailer, his response was I didn't promise you anything. So I called Go U Haul and the gentleman there found us one I Pine River 50 miles away. He asked me what price I was given and I said we found it on line for 453.00 but his price would probably be a little more, u haul said what ever was on line would be our price. The only thing I would be asking for would be for the 100 moles I had to go and time, and charge that back to your agent in Park Rapids, it would be a lesson learned. Guy was just... rude. Claimed he “wasn't a Uhaul”?!? I was missing a piece of equipment I ordered (appliance lover) and the guy was an absolute jerk. Claimed he “had no idea” why I didn't get the equipment I ordered and paid for- just snide and rude and unprofessional.

The guy who I talked with there was not very friendly at all. He was very open about thinking that I (a 20-year-old) had no idea what I was doing and kept mentioning that "[I] better not break 'his' trailer." He also scratched my bumper when hooking the trailer up. It's a small scratch, but still, a scratch that shouldn't be there. Would not go to Sweet Cars LLC again.

Smart phone checkin (on Sunday, office closed) took 2 attempts and almost an hour...sitting in the parking lot while I was supposedly being ‘verified.' Also, rear tires of truck were almost bald.

Improve your website software. I had to book and re-confirm multiple times before my reservation appeared on their computer. Even after that, when I checked in, the leasing agent had to call a central number to get me confirmed. He indicated that this is not unusual.

We reserved a car carrier several days before pick up. We did all the paperwork in person the day of the reservation. When we came to pick up the carrier, we were told that there was no reservation, only an inquiry about renting on the computer. Meanwhile, very soon after we had made the initial reservation, we had gotten an e-mail confirmation from U Haul that our reservation was set with a confirmation number. The proprietor in Pine River didn't seem interested in our confirmation and didn't want to see it. He said he would have had to re-do the paperwork even with a confirmation. This didn't make sense since it had already been done. Fortunately for us, the carrier was on the lot and we got to take it.

Tim Sweet handled my reservation very professionally and was a joy to work with. He attached the trailer to my vehicle and checked the lights. My only complaint is that the inside of the trailer was dirty, with dried mud and pine needles. I had to sweep the trailer before I could load it.

I picked up the trailer and when I got to my house, 15 miles away, I saw that the one of the tires was flat. I had to drive back and have the tire changed. This cost me 90 minutes of lost travel time.

Omg, update your software! 35 min to go through your process. Your site sucked! SWEET cars helped me tremendously. If I remtva trailer from him, it takes 35min to get through your stupid website, he makes 5 bucks? Minimum wage is higher. Fix website

Go to drop it off and they are in the middle of trying to sell a car so told me it would be quit a while before he could check me out. Drop it if I want and he would do it later. No help at all

You need to tell customers the price for one way drop off versus bring the truck back to where it was picked up. I would of been charged $159.99 for using the truck for 7 hours vs less for bringing it back to where I picked it up. Make charges aware of one way charges at the time of making reservation. Was very upset that this wasn't made clear to me and talked to 2 people at uhaul that were of no help had to contact the place where I rented and he was closed at that time. Not happy.
