They were not open called the number like the return instruction said had to leave a message on an answering machine and they get a call back from a very rude person that kept telling me to put the keys for the trailer I drove in in the Dropbox. I explained to him at least five times that it was a trailer and it did not have keys and I could not drive it I pulled it with my own vehicle. They still didn't understand. And they were not coming to accept the trailer so I ended up using the app to do it myself. Very frustrating and the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul.
