The service was non-existent. We had to contact district office through a separate nearby location., and the district office was able to put us in touch with Swft. They did some sort of “mobile check-in” over the phone. Nobody could find the keys, as they were not in the lockbox. The building and key box were up 5 or 6 wicked stairs which was practically inaccessible to me, with limited mobility. This was disclosed nowhere. The truck was listed with a 1/4 tank more fuel than the gauge actually registered. All in all it took over 90 minutes of phone calls, apps that didn’t work on my phone and total frustrations to pick up a vehicle less than 5 minutes from my house. WE WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AGAIN. one star only because there isn’t a lower option

The person that handles the U-Haul service for the company wasn't there so someone unfamiliar with the process tried to assist me. She couldn't even get the code right to unlock the box that had the truck keys in there.

Sketchy Neighborhood, drop off point was wrecker service office. There was no lot to drop off equipment. I was told to leave rental in the street. I was curious to see drop off was even reported

If either the renter or the uhaul dealer can return the item, when I am dropping off 2 days early per the dealer request and I have a phone call about the drop off because the owner is not at the location, please just log the return on the customer behalf or offer a reminder while on the phone to do so. Renting uhaul equipment is a very seldom experience so not intuitive. Also I was asked to drop off my paperwork in the drop box but everything was sent to me via email and text links.
