The agent did not appear to be prepared for my arrival and had not set anything up so that it didn’t take as long as it did to clear everything. When he said that my card did not go through, I was shocked because I knew I had enough money in the bank for it, and I had used it previously and it had not been a problem. I hated to use my friends card to be able to rent the truck. When I returned it again, he was not prepared. He was on the phone with somebody. I had to wait again a long period of time and I was exhausted from the day that we had dealt with.. he did allow me to wait while he went out to check the truck and then came out and gave me a thumbs up that everything was OK and then we get a bill that says everything was not OK which was very disturbing to me. Either this agent needs more people to help him so that it doesn’t take forever to find the key to the truck for one thing and that it took an extreme amount of time for him to be able to put the lock or take the lock off of the truck before we could leave. Unfortunately, I would not give this a good rating or recommend it to anybody else in the future nor will I use it again.
