The business wasn't open when I dropped off. I called the support number on my contract. The first person I talked to was unable to help me, so I was forwarded to the scheduling department. They were also no help. All I wanted to do was to make sure that U-Haul knew where and when I had dropped off the trailer. I spoke with a receptionist, or assistant at the location that I dropped off the equipment and was told that she would pass my information on.
Jason LWe were moving our daughter out of her apartment and facing a several-hundred-mile drive home when our reservation was unexpectedly changed to a much larger truck that would not even fit on the road to the property. Shellie Buchanan absolutely saved the day!!! She went above and beyond to help us, including arranging to have the correct-sized truck delivered so we could stay on schedule and make the move happen smoothly. Her customer service, problem-solving, and willingness to help truly made a stressful day so much easier. We would absolutely recommend renting from here and are so grateful for Shellie’s outstanding support.
