We were moving our daughter out of her apartment and facing a several-hundred-mile drive home when our reservation was unexpectedly changed to a much larger truck that would not even fit on the road to the property. Shellie Buchanan absolutely saved the day!!! She went above and beyond to help us, including arranging to have the correct-sized truck delivered so we could stay on schedule and make the move happen smoothly. Her customer service, problem-solving, and willingness to help truly made a stressful day so much easier. We would absolutely recommend renting from here and are so grateful for Shellie’s outstanding support.
