Joanne WLocation is great! Staff is friendly and competent. Slight issue with uhaul cargo van had a crack in the windshield and low washer fluid and low tire pressure. Other than that great vehicle, fuel efficient, and drives well. Central location.

Peter HWe weren't informed before renting the truck the per km mileage rates, the invoice was a shocker for us. U-Haul should be more upfront and truthful to the customers about truck rental mileage costs. For a four hour moving the bill was $209.84, which is a rip off.

GARTH MService is great as always. Vehicle had ac for the first engine start. Then the ac stopped giving cold air but instead was WARM. This was a fall afternoon with 20C ambient temperature that is cool when I open the window. But the air from the ac was WARM and not even ambient temperature. I was toasting and soaked when my leg and butt say against the rubber seats and literally saturated my pants and underwear with sweat. I was hauling stuff already and it wasn’t convenient to drive back to exchange the vehicle. So I sucked it up. Terrible ac on TM1311 R. Other vehicle has weak ac also. Have to turn it to max to be any cool. Please check this

Tao Y1. The U-Haul app is the single worst piece of technology I have ever used. Any executive that approved that travesty has 1.Never used it themselves and 2. Knows less than zero about CX/UX. The whole executive team should be fired for launching something that proves you hate customers. 2. The only people who hate customers more than U-Haul is SynHiTech. This “Location” is a lockbox and three phone numbers taped to the window. Your brand is being actively defficated on by your franchise owners. When a person did show up they were belligerent, rude and actively trying to avoid talking to customers who needed help. Delete every piece of data you have related to me. I will buy my own truck before I ever use this garbage company again.

bakhitiov TThe manager of the Bentley Street location, Hamid, was very helpful with instructions for the after-hours return. His was not the booking location. That was Masseyfield Gate, but their truck had not been returned on time and so Bentley was arranged as an alternative pickup location. The managers at Masseyfield were helpful in arranging a replacement and walking me through the online pickup process over the phone. All in all, a satisfactory experience notwithstanding the hiccup on the original booking not being available. Well done, all.

Roland HThere were no personnel. This location was not open during the hours posted on the website and on the rental agreement and no notice to me. As a result of no staff at location I was required to return vehicle remotely. Difficult to find and poor/no signage.
Alex FThe self service vehicle pickup was tedious and took a long time to complete. I had to call in as the lock combination code was not provided thru the app checkout. I will never use a non staffed uhaul location.
LUIS Sthis was a great location with great service. Vehicle was nice and available and the service once again was friendly and efficient. Lot of trust and respect from the location which isn’t common for U-Haul dealers. Definitely my go to location going forward even when they are out of the way

DARYUSH AThe online experience was horrible. The app was not very intuitive. You had to keep clicking documents before you can complete the order, but it was not intuitive. The lock wasn’t working well. I had to keep jiggling it to finally get it working. Cut my thumb in the process of doing it. Not a great experience at all.
Sanjay BI enrolled in the car share 24/7 pickup option only to find out that it was a horrible experience. - the app didn’t allow me to get the key - called helpline to find out I needed to be verified - after getting verified… they released the code - opened the lockbox to find it is empty - called helpline and they told me to wait till the store is open - owner eventually showed up and gave me keys Ended up spending 45 minutes in the cold trying to get keys while calling for help.

IRAJ ZThe is a bug on the return page in the U-haul App. When I choose start return , I am not easy to find I should close the current page and then follow the steps.

Timothy PDidn't get the furniture pads that I had reserved online. Got a different key to the truck than what was on the reservation. Opening the lock box to get the key wasn't easy either.

ShuangJian LHamid went out if his way to ensure our rental process was easy without any issues. This was our first Uhaul rental and the reviews for this location were very positive which I have to totally agree so would recommend to all.
RANDOLPH WBooked weeks in advance and NONE of the equipment that I reserved was in the truck. There was a word lock on the back of the truck upon retrieval that was covered in grease. Customer service was no help at all. When I returned the truck I notice that the office was full of dollies that they could've given me, they just neglected to put them in the truck before hand. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location.
Nicholas LIf possible, please try to see if you can put in a ticket with the main company at uhaul and ssk them to address the app issue. If its onky my phone which sees this then nevermind. Thank you for the excellent service at your location.
