The boss, or manager Warren, was not there and sadly he left another man in charge to try processing customers request when renting out Uhaul equipment.. the manager was called 3-4 times by the less knowledgeable man on the job.. our wait was well over our noon pick up time on a 12 ft trailer..Would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION IN CAIRO, ILLINOIS!

He knew everything there was to know about all the U-Haul equipment available, and he helped immensely with solutions for my particular moving/transportation requirements. Warren was friendly and professional--a perfect representative for U-Haul, my 'go-to' company (for decades) whenever I need moving supplies or to rent a vehicle and trailer.
